The Property Guide is a real estate agency based at 3rd Floor, The Retail Park (TRP Mall), Office D-3143, above Max Showroom, Central Bopal, Bopal, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380058. We help people rent and let residential and commercial property in West Ahmedabad. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Property Guide.

When you fill an enquiry or requirement form, call us or message us on WhatsApp, we may collect:

• Contact details — your name and mobile number.
• Property requirement — whether you want to rent or list, preferred location, BHK, property type, budget or expected rent, furnishing, tenant type, move-in date, work location, current residence and any remarks you add.
• Property details (owners) — society name, location and the rent you expect.
• Technical data — the page you submitted the form from and standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) used to prevent spam and keep the site secure. If analytics or advertising tags are enabled, they may record anonymous usage and a “lead” event when a form is submitted.

We do not ask for bank details, passwords or government ID numbers through this website. Documents needed for a rent agreement (such as Aadhaar or PAN) are collected only offline, when a deal is actually being finalised.

How we use your information

• To understand your requirement and share matching property options.
• To contact you by phone call, SMS or WhatsApp about your enquiry, site visits, negotiations and paperwork.
• To introduce owners to suitable tenants, and vice versa, once you agree to proceed.
• To prepare rent agreements, complete tenant police verification and other documentation you request.
• To improve our website and services, and to protect against spam and misuse.

We contact you only about the requirement you shared or closely related property options. We do not send unrelated promotional messages, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

Sharing your information

We never sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share only what is necessary:

• With a property owner or tenant when you have asked us to arrange a visit or move a deal forward.
• With service providers who help us run this website, receive form submissions or send messages (for example our web host and email provider), only for those purposes.
• With lawyers or authorities where needed to complete an agreement you have requested, or where the law requires it (such as police verification of tenants).

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as your requirement is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can help with renewals or future moves. You can ask us to delete your details at any time, unless we need to keep them for a legal or accounting reason.

Form submissions are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and are accessible only to our team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
