Why we started
Finding a home in Bopal or Shela used to mean dozens of calls, out-of-date portal listings and “just one more” visit to a flat that was already gone. Owners had it no better — endless enquiries from people who never meant to rent.
The Property Guide was set up to fix that, one neighbourhood at a time. We work only in West Ahmedabad, from an office you can walk into at TRP Mall, Bopal. That focus lets us know which societies allow bachelors, which towers have the best light, what a fair rent really is this month, and which owners are quick to respond.
Today we help families, working professionals, NRIs and companies find flats for rent — and help owners rent out to people they can trust.
